International Superstar Jung Ji Hoon otherwise known as Bi Rain will be stopping by Singapore on Sunday, 22 May at 7:00 PM at the Singapore Indoor Stadium for his The Best 2011 Rain Asia Tour in Singapore.
Rain will be performing his hit songs accumulated throughout his nine years of singing career and he has conveyed his wish to promote environmental protection through his concert. The Best 2011 Asia Tour therefore features a distinct “green” theme; communicating a specific “green” message for each of the country that Rain performs. Rain will promote water conservation at the Singapore stop. An amazing sight of 2.5 minutes of rain falling during the concert can be witnessed at the Singapore Indoor Stadium. Up to 1000 litres of water will be used to produce the rain effect. In an effort to conserve water, the production team will collect the used water and recycle the water for plant watering.
The Best 2011 Rain Asia Tour in Singapore is a massive collaborative project organized by J Tune Entertainment and CJ Entertainment from Korea as well as Faith & D Entertainment from Singapore. A huge stage with a long runway will be designed especially for Rain. Many props and equipment used for the show have to be custom-made. State-of-the-art technology is deployed for Rain to perform mind blowing laser show. The cost to stage the show exceeded $1.5 million.
Faith & D Entertainment is pleased to announce that, despite the high production cost, ticket prices are capped under $300 – certainly a surprise to everyone as it has been widely speculated that ticket would escalate above the $888 mark.
The ticket prices are $288, $268, $238, $168 and $118. Tickets will be sold via SISTIC.
