WARNER MUSIC MALAYSIA will also be having a pre-sale of JYJ ALBUM “The Beginning” on the concert day. They will have an open booth/counter during the event.
JYJ will be performing a few songs at the showcase and there will also be game sessions.

2) VIP tickets are available to both international and local fans. VIP tickets are only available via phone call to Redstar and also at the pre-sale booth counter on 3rd October. First-come-first serve basis. The phone number will only be revealed on 3rd October.

*includes a handshake and photograph session in group of 5, and a pre-autographed poster (only 60 seats available for Singapore fans and 40 seats available for international fans. Each fan is entitled to purchase ONE TICKET only)

*We have a tracking system in placed to monitor duplicate orders using the same name and NRIC number. Duplicate booking will be rejected.
There is NO SELECTION of seats. All categories will be based on a first-come-first-serve basis.
This is how the ticket pre-booking will be done:
1. Go to www.quest-id.com
2. Register as a free member (you can register now and you must provide your full name as in your NRIC/Passport, NRIC/Passport number and other details as required in the registration form)
3. Click on the JYJ Ticket Pre-booking tab
4. Select your choice of ticket
5. Upon confirmation, you will receive an email confirmation with your ticket number and other collection details
After your pre-booking is done, you don’t have to worry about your ticket reservation once you have received the confirmation. We will be arranging a ticket pick-up day (between 6-8 Oct, time and venue to be confirmed) for you to make payment and collect your ticket.
***For international fans only, we will make arranging for you to TT (telegraphic transfer) the payment to us.
We DO NOT accept any credit cards. Payment is CASH terms only.
IMPORTANT:
1. On the day of ticket collection, you MUST print and bring along the copy of the ticket confirmation together with your NRIC/Passport. You MUST come in person and all the details MUST match or we will not entertain the collection.
2. Due to the high number of fans coming to collect the tickets and make payment, we will not entertain any requests for change of tickets, etc.
3. Please bring exact amount for the payment.
